Coppelia Rehearsal Schedule
(Spring 2024)

Attendance/Commitment Policy

​

  • As with any program, steady attendance is required for success. Failure to meet this requirement can lead to dismissal from the performances or require an adjustment in level.

​

  • Guardians are responsible for communicating absences to the dance studio offices or instructor directly.
     

  • Any student that misses over 4 classes per semester will be evaluated for dismissal or adjustment.
     

  • All rehearsals for performances are mandatory. Any absences without a prior excuse can result in dismissal from the performance.
     

  • Show choreography will be worked on during class time. However, as the show approaches, some classes may be asked to attend additional rehearsals (beyond those listed below) outside of class.

Please Note: We will try to let children in Pre-primary and Primary classes leave after 2 hours. Others need to plan to stay for the entire rehearsal

11:30-2:30 pm. Full Cast NO Pre-primary or Primary

12:30-3:30 pm. Full Cast NO Pre-primary or Primary

 

  • Saturday, May 11th

11:30-2:30 pm. Full Cast NO Pre-primary or Primary
 

  • Friday, May 17th

5-7:30 pm. Full Cast including Pre-Primary

  • Monday, May 20th

5-7:30 pm. Full Cast including Primary A

  • Tuesday, May 21st

5-7:30 pm. Full Cast including Primary B

Please Note: Everyone MUST be at the theater rehearsals including pre-primary and primary classes. Remember that rehearsals will start promptly at 5:00 pm so be at the theatre and ready to perform at least 30 minutes ahead of time.

  • Wednesday, May 22nd

5:00-8:30 pm. Full Dress Rehearsal with Pre-Primary

  • Thursday, May 23rd

5:00-8:30 pm. Full Dress Rehearsal with Primary A & B

CALL TIMES FOR SHOWS

​

Friday, May 24th -- 7:00 Performance. Entire cast must be at the theater at 5:45 pm. Please be early, warmed up, and ready to go! With Pre-Primary.

​

Saturday, May 25th -- 2:00 Performance. Entire cast must be at the theater at 12:45 pm. Please be early, warmed up, and ready to go! With Pre-Primary.

​

Saturday, May 25th -- 7:00 Performance. Entire cast must be at the theater at 5:45 pm. Please be early, warmed up, and ready to go! With Primary B.
